At Professionallyce, we're committed to sustainable practices not just in our products, but in how we handle returns and exchanges. Our policy is designed to reduce waste while ensuring your satisfaction with our eco-friendly restoration products.
2. Return Eligibility
Our sustainable finishing products and materials can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Products must not be damaged or altered in any way
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or receipt)
- Custom-mixed finishes and tints are not eligible for return
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions
- Package the items securely, using eco-friendly packaging when possible
- Include your RA# and original receipt in the package
- Ship the package to our return address (provided in the return instructions)
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

- Reuse the original packaging when possible
- Consider carbon-neutral shipping options
- Consolidate returns to reduce transportation emissions
5. Refunds and Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund according to these guidelines:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to product defects or our errors
6. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products if you received the wrong item or if a product arrived damaged. For exchanges:

7. Defective Products

8. Workshops and Services
For our furniture restoration workshops and services:
- Workshop registrations can be transferred to another date with 7 days' notice
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the workshop date receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date are non-refundable
- Custom restoration services require specific terms outlined in your service agreement
9. Sustainable Product Disposal
If you have products that can't be returned but need disposal:
- Contact us for guidance on proper disposal methods for specific products
- We can provide information on local recycling facilities that accept our product containers
- Some products may qualify for our take-back program for proper recycling
